We are excited to have you as a member of Current Internal Medicine. Thank you for taking the plunge. It begins by hitting the big Start Membership button but we wanted to let you know what to expect and give you a few tips.

When you hit button it will take you to a multipage form gathering basic information about you that we will use for your chart. You will have the opportunity to add a spouse and near the end to add a payment method. If you prefer to not enter the payment information online choose “add later”, we can get it from you in the future.

If you want to avoid the whole online form process you can always call (317-951-9611) or email (office@currentinteralmedicine.com) Brian at the office to set up a time to come in and have him set up everything in person.

Once the chart is began you should receive an email or text where you fill out a medical history and signing four legal type documents. After that you should get a call or link to schedule your first intake appoint with Dr. Current.
